In this section we illustrate the 3 levels of the IBCT TOT program at a glance.
Associate Trainer
This is the first and basic level of the IBCT Training of Trainers levels. The main goal of this level is to enable program graduates to deliver a previously designed and developed training program. Graduates master the delivery of a target program using trainer guide and lesson plans that made by experts.

Certified Professional Trainer
This is the second level , the advanced one, of the IBCT Training of Trainers levels. The main goal of this level is to enable program graduates to contribute heavily to design and develop training programs with guidance of experienced trainers . Graduates master the competencies of forming and changing attitudes.

- Successfully apply attitude change theories in training and organizations
- Form the targeted attitude of trainees and human resources.

Certified Trainer and HRDC
This is the third and highest level, the most advanced one, of the IBCT Training of Trainers levels. It’s a diploma in HRD. The main goal of this expert level is to enable program graduates to fully contribute to design and develop corporate training programs, Plan and conduct training transfer actions and observe & assess behavior. Graduates are HRD experts and master the competencies of strategic HRM and corporate education. They are ready to lead the corporate HRD section.
